Its vision is that of a community environment based on mutual aid, solidarity, social justice, non-discrimination and the active participation of people in local development.
Yélian seeks to help build more resilient communities, capable of responding to social, health, economic and environmental challenges through responsible and sustainable action.

Our Mission
Taking concrete action in service of people and communities
The mission of Yélian Association is to design, implement and support social, community-based, humanitarian and local development initiatives for the benefit of vulnerable people and communities.
It consists of promoting mutual aid, strengthening solidarity, facilitating access to essential services, supporting empowerment, assisting people exposed to exclusion, including LGBTQI+ people, and contributing to the protection of human rights.
This mission is reflected in concrete projects in the areas of inclusive health, community support, access to drinking water, food security, education, the environment, social assistance and citizen mobilization.
